At Twenty One Cycling, we know that no one likes to fall, but in cycling, these things happen. That's why we at Twenty One Cycling offer an Accident Replacement service to all cyclists who have damaged their product due to a fall during their rides.
This service includes a 50% refund of the damaged product's value toward the purchase of another product from the same family. Products not purchased in the brand's official stores or on its website are not eligible for this service, nor are those purchased more than 12 months ago.
To proceed, you'll need to send the damaged garment to the Twenty One Cycling offices along with a valid proof of purchase. Once we receive it, we'll review everything in order. If so, you'll be sent a discount code for a replacement garment.
This code can only be used by the person who purchased the damaged product, as it will be linked to their email and account. The code does not apply to promotional products.
