A crash can put your kit out of action. But it doesn't have to be the end of the road for it.
With our Crash Replacement service, if a Twenty One garment is damaged in a cycling accident, we'll give you a credit worth 50% of what you paid for it, so you can replace your kit and get back on the road.
How does it work?
- Tell us what happened. Email info@twentyonecycling.cc with your order number or proof of purchase and a few photos showing the damage to the garment.
- We review your request. Our team will check that the garment meets the Crash Replacement conditions.
- Kit up again. If your request is approved, you'll receive a code with a credit worth 50% of what you paid for the damaged garment. You can use it on your next online order.
Which garments are covered?
To be eligible for Crash Replacement, your garment must:
- Be a Twenty One Cycling garment bought from our online store or from our Barcelona or Girona stores.
- Have been purchased within the last 12 months.
- Have been damaged in a crash or cycling accident.
- Come with an order number or proof of purchase that allows us to verify the purchase.
All requests are subject to review and approval by our team.
Credit terms
- Value: 50% of the amount actually paid for the damaged garment.
- Products: valid on any full-price Twenty One Cycling product. Not valid on sale or promotional items.
- Validity: no expiry date.
- Use: each code is valid for a single purchase. If you don't use the full credit, we'll send you a new code for the remaining balance.
- Combining offers: cannot be combined with other discounts, codes or promotions.
- Where to redeem: online store only.
