Exchanges and Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt .
IMPORTANT: Products must be returned with their original packaging and labels.
Therefore, we recommend that you don't part with anything until you make a final purchase decision.
Returned items must be presented in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds for products that are deemed to be damaged or misused, or if their original packaging has been damaged.
If used or damaged products are returned, the user will be responsible for additional shipping costs. We also reserve the right to refuse refunds or refunds for damaged or used products.
If you wish to make a return, the process is as follows:
- You must send the item(s) you wish to return to our offices. The shipping address is: Twenty One Cycling, Carrer Còrsega 425, 08037 Barcelona, Spain.
- Remember that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Once we receive the returned items and review their condition, we will refund the amount paid within 72 hours.
- We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website and not at our partner retail stores.
- Twenty One will not be responsible for any product purchased from a partner retail store; all inquiries arising from that transaction must be resolved directly with the retail store.
If the item you purchased doesn't fit you properly, you must return the incorrect size and exchange it for your correct size. If you have any questions about your size, you can consult our Size Guide at any time.
Once we verify that your order is in perfect condition and has not suffered any damage, the corresponding refund will be processed within 3 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the initial transaction.
Currently, it's not possible to cancel or modify your order, as we process your purchase as soon as it's confirmed. However, if you change your mind, you can return the items once you've received them.
The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product.
If the order is returned to its origin due to negligence by the shipping company, we will cover the costs of the initial return shipment.
If the shipping company has handled the problem correctly, we will not be responsible for reshipping the item, and the purchase price will be refunded, but not the shipping costs.
If the return is due to an error on our part, we will send our shipping service to collect it from the same address where the package was sent.
