Warranty and Crash Replacement

 

At Twenty One Cycling, our mission is to equip you so that nothing stops you on the road. We understand that cycling is demanding and our team is designed to meet your expectations. If something does not meet our quality standards, we are here to solve it in an agile and transparent way.

What is the Twenty One Cycling warranty?

Any product purchased through our official channels has a warranty against manufacturing or material defects.

  • Coverage: Zippers, seams, logo detachment or fabric failures not derived from normal use.
  • Exclusions: We do not cover damage due to natural wear, lack of care in washing, faded stains of other garments, contact with abrasive surfaces (backpack straps, velcro or falls) or improper use of the garment.

How to make a claim?

If you think your product has a factory defect, the process is simple:

  1. Contact us: Send an email (info@twentyonecycling.cc) to our customer service team with the details of your purchase.
  2. Evaluation: We will analyze the photos and description to give you a preliminary response in less than 48-72 business hours.
  3. Resolution: Depending on the case, we will proceed with the repair, replacement or issuance of a credit code.

Crash Policy: What happens if I crash or fall?

We know that falls are part of cycling. If your Twenty One Cycling equipment suffers irreparable damage in an accident within the first year after purchase, we will not leave you alone:

  • We offer you a special replacement discount (equivalent to 50% of the price you paid for the garment) so you can renew your damaged garment for a new one.
