Forshipments to Countries in the rest of the world are:

Returns.

The customer will be responsible for the transport costs of sending the product for return.

If the order is returned to origin because the transport company could not deliver the package due to negligence of the same, we take charge of the expenses of the first reshipment.

In the case that the transport company had operated correctly, we do not take charge of the reshipment and the amount of the purchase will be refunded but not the shipping costs.

In case the return is due to an error on our part, we will send our transport service to pick it up at the same address where the package was delivered.
