This service consists of a 50% refund of the damaged product's value towards the purchase of another product from the same family. Products not purchased from official brand stores or its website will not be eligible for this service, nor will those purchased more than 10 months ago.
To proceed, the damaged garment must be sent to Twenty One Cycling offices along with a valid proof of purchase. Once received, we will verify that everything is correct. If so, you will be sent a discount code for the garment's replacement.
This code can only be used by the person who purchased the damaged product, as it will be linked to their email and account. Code not applicable to promotional products.
