All orders are processed and shipped from our headquarters in Barcelona. Any taxes and duties arising from purchases made outside the European Union are the buyer’s responsibility.

The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product.

If the order is returned to its origin due to negligence by the shipping company, we will cover the costs of the initial return shipment.

If the shipping company has handled the problem correctly, we will not be responsible for reshipping the item, and the purchase price will be refunded, but not the shipping costs.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will send our shipping service to collect it from the same address where the package was sent.
