At Twenty One Cycling, we know that no one likes to fall, but in cycling, these things happen. That's why Twenty One Cycling offers an Accident Replacement service to all cyclists who have damaged a product due to a fall during their rides.
This service involves a 50% refund of the value of the damaged product towards the purchase of another from the same family. Products not purchased at the brand's official stores or on its website cannot benefit from this service, nor can those purchased more than 10 months ago.
To proceed, the damaged garment must be sent to Twenty One Cycling's offices along with a valid proof of purchase. Once received, we will review everything to ensure it is correct. If so, you will be sent a discount code for the garment's replacement.
This code can only be used by the person who purchased the damaged product, as it will be linked to their email and account. Code not applicable to promotional products.
