En Twenty One Cycling sabemos que a nadie le gusta caerse, pero en el ciclismo estas cosas pasan. Es por eso que en Twenty One Cycling ofrecemos un servicio de Reemplazo por accidente a todos aquellos ciclistas que durante sus salidas han dañado el producto por una caída.
Este servicio consta con la devolución del 50% del valor del producto dañado para la compra de otro de la misma familia. Los productos que no están comprados en las tiendas oficiales de la marca o en su página web no podrán beneficiarse de este servicio, tampoco aquellos que estén comprados hace más de 10 meses.
Para proceder con ello se tendrá que enviar la prenda dañada a las oficinas de Twenty One Cycling junto a un comprobante válido de compra. Una vez recibido vamos a revisar que todo está correcto. Si esto es así, se te enviará un código de descuento para el reemplazo de la prenda.
Este código solo podrá ser utilizado por la persona que compró el producto dañado, ya que estará vinculado a su email y a su cuenta. Código no aplicable a productos en promoción.
