All orders are processed and shipped from our headquarters in Barcelona. Any taxes and duties that may arise from purchases made from other markets to the European Union are the buyer's responsibility.

The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product.

If the order is returned to its origin due to negligence by the shipping company, we will cover the costs of the initial return shipment.
