The Factory Cargo is a highly technical garment made of multi-directional compression fabrics, breathable and extremely comfortable to provide an optimal experience during physical activity.

These shorts feature a suspender system that keeps the garment in place, regardless of the intensity of the activity. The rear mesh elements efficiently support the lower back, while the solid shoulder straps ensure that everything stays in place, even with full side pockets and during rough activity situations, all without compromising comfort.

In addition, the Factory Cargo cycling shorts feature a multi-density chamois pad composed of 3 3D thermo-molded layers, offering exceptional comfort and protection for long bike rides.

This service includes a 50% refund of the damaged product's value toward the purchase of another product from the same family. Products not purchased in the brand's official stores or on its website are not eligible for this service, nor are those purchased more than 12 months ago.
To proceed, you'll need to send the damaged garment to the Twenty One Cycling offices along with a valid proof of purchase. Once we receive it, we'll review everything in order. If so, you'll be sent a discount code for a replacement garment.
This code can only be used by the person who purchased the damaged product, as it will be linked to their email and account. The code does not apply to promotional products.
