General Rules of the Raffle
1. Organizer
The organizing company is Twenty One Performance Cycling Clothing SL (hereinafter "TwentyOne"), a company with CIF B67476671 and registered office at Calle Sagués 29, Local 1 (08021), Barcelona (Spain), and contact email address info@twentyonecycling.cc. It organizes a competition or raffle (hereinafter "the COMPETITION/RAFFLE") under its own responsibility and in accordance with the rules detailed below.
2. Requirements to participate
Only people over 18 years of age residing in Spain (mainland and the Balearic Islands) may participate in this sweepstakes/contest. To participate, participants must have an email account. Furthermore, by participating in this sweepstakes/contest, participants agree to be aware of and comply with the terms and conditions of the respective social network.
3. Mechanics, prize and dates
The specific details of the contest/draw, including the mechanics, prize, dates, and winner notification, will be provided to the winner via email. The prize will be an Aero Performance Black Bib Shorts and an Aero Light Jersey. The winner must respond to the email sent by the company announcing the winner within 48 business hours. The prize can only be used with a minimum purchase of €200. (If the purchase amount is greater than €200, the complete kit will be given away.) If the target amount is reached, a notary will supervise Twenty One Performance Cycling Clothing SL and award the prize to each participant.
4. Choosing the winner
In the case of the raffle, the winner will be anyone who has provided a valid email address and subscribed to the newsletter. They must also respond to the email within the next 48 business hours. By submitting their personal information, the winner expressly accepts the conditions of the promotions described in these rules.
5. Data protection
Twenty One Performance Cycling Clothing SL, hereinafter CONTROLLER, is the Controller of the User's personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and therefore the following processing information is provided:
Purpose of processing: to maintain a business relationship with the User. The planned processing operations are:
− Sending commercial advertising communications, provided prior authorization has been obtained, by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be made by the CONTROLLER and related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
− Carry out statistical studies.
− Process orders, requests, or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact methods made available.
− Send the website newsletter.
Profiling: The CONTROLLER may also, with the User's prior consent, perform profiling based on automated processing, aimed at evaluating the personal information provided by the Data Subject in order to perform a profile analysis.
Expected consequences: The processing of the data does not foresee any consequences that may have any legal effect or otherwise significantly affect the Data Subject.
Logic employed: An automated procedure is used to process the data, filtering all fields to obtain a result that matches your profile.
Data retention criteria: Data will be retained as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing. When no longer necessary for that purpose, data will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure pseudonymization of the data or its complete destruction.
Data communication: Data will not be communicated to third parties, except under legal obligation.

− Right to withdraw consent at any time.
− Right to access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data and to limit or oppose its processing.

6. Tax issues
Where applicable, the prizes in this promotion will be subject to the regulations on Personal Income Tax, Non-Resident Income Tax, and other legal provisions related to tax matters. Therefore, winning a prize of this type could constitute a capital gain for the winner for Personal Income Tax purposes, as it may result in a change in the value of their assets, as evidenced by a change in their composition. The prize winner will be subject to compliance with all tax obligations established by applicable current legislation, where applicable, and will be solely responsible for paying them.
7. Other rules of use
Offensive comments, insults, threats, foul language, degrading content, or disparaging remarks toward other community members or our products and services, brands, or team will not be allowed. Twentyone reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone who violates the rules described above.
8. Acceptance of the bases
By simply participating in the contest/sweepstakes, the participant fully accepts the terms and conditions of these legal terms and conditions. Furthermore, participation in a sweepstakes of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the social network where the sweepstakes is held.
9. Applicable law
These Rules are subject to Spanish law. Any claim related to the sweepstakes must be submitted in writing to Twenty One Performance Cycling Clothing SL. In the event of a dispute regarding the application or interpretation of these rules, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be subject to the courts of the city of Barcelona.
