Our clothing is a tool for getting the best results from your workouts. Here are some tips to ensure they retain all their properties and help you achieve the best performance.
Washing a garment affects the fabric and seams. Therefore, you should wash your cycling clothing separately from other clothing or accessories to avoid friction.
Before washing them, turn them inside out.
You can wash them by hand, but always use a laundry bag, a delicate cycle, and warm water (max. 30°C).
Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Use only a mild liquid detergent.
Do not soak, wring, or rub it. Do not spin dry after washing. To remove excess water from your garment, gently squeeze it with your hand.
Dry it flat or hang it up, but do not use a dryer.
After each ride, hang your clothes in a well-ventilated area or wash them immediately. It's important not to leave them in a wet bin.
Do not hang clothes in direct sunlight.
Do not store wet clothes in an unventilated area.
If your body tends to sweat a lot, rinse garments with water after each use to protect the fibers from bacterial attacks that can damage the fabric.
