Can I return an item?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: Products must be returned with their original packaging and labels.
We therefore recommend that you do not dispose of them until you have made a final purchase decision.
Returned items must be presented in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse the return and refund of products if they are deemed to be damaged or used, or if their original packaging has been damaged.
In the event that used or damaged products are returned, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. We also reserve the right not to reimburse and return products that are damaged or have been used.
I bought the wrong size, what can I do?
If the item you purchased does not fit you correctly, you need to return the incorrect size and exchange it for the size that is right for you. If you have any doubts about your size, you can check our Size guide at any time.
How do I return a product?
If you wish to return an item, you need to make a request via the returns section on our website.
We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website and not in our partner retail shops. Twenty One will not be responsible for any products purchased from a partner retailer, all matters stemming from that transaction must be resolved directly with the retailer.
Once we have checked that your order is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount within 7 working days. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used in the initial transaction.
Can I cancel or amend my order once it has been placed?
It is not currently possible to cancel or amend your order, as we prepare your purchase as soon as it has been placed. However, if you change your mind, you can return the garments once you have received them.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the order is returned to us because the courier company was unable to deliver the package due to its negligence, we will pay for the cost of the first reshipment.
If the courier was able to successfully deliver the product, we will not pay for the reshipment. The amount paid for the product will be refunded, but not the shipping costs.
If the return is due to an error on our part, we will send a courier to pick up the package at the original delivery address.
