If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within a period of 30 days after receipt.
IMPORTANT: The Products must be returned with their original packaging and labels.
Therefore, we recommend that you do not dispose of all of it until you make a final purchase decision.
Return items must be presented in their original and unused condition, as well as in their original packaging.
Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse the return and reimbursement of the products if it is considered that they are damaged or that they have been used, or if their original package has been damaged.
In the event that used or damaged products are returned, the user must bear the additional shipping costs. Likewise, we reserve the right not to proceed with the refund and the return of products that are damaged or that have been used.

If you want to make a return, you must make the request in the section Web returns.
We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website and not at our partner retail stores. Twenty One will not be responsible for any product purchased at a partner retail store, everything derived from that transaction must be resolved directly with the retail store.
Once it is verified that your order is in perfect condition and has not suffered any damage, the corresponding amount will be refunded within a period of 7 working days. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that was used in the initial transaction.
Currently, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order, since we prepare your purchase as soon as it is confirmed. However, if you change your mind, you can return the garments once you have received them.
The customer will be responsible for the transport costs derived from sending the product for its return.
If the order is returned to origin because the transport company could not deliver the package due to negligence of the same, we take charge of the expenses of the first forwarding.
In the event that the transport company had operated correctly, we are not responsible for the forwarding and the amount of the purchase will be refunded but not the of shipping costs.
In the event that the return is due to an error on our part, we will send our transport service to pick it up at the same address where the package was.
