Can I return a product?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.

IMPORTANT: Return of products must be made with their original packaging and labels.

Therefore, we recommend that you do not get rid of all of it until you make a final purchasing decision.

Return items must be presented in their initial and unused condition, as well as in their original packaging.
Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse the return and refund of products if they are considered to be damaged or have been used, or if their original packaging has been damaged.
In the event that used or damaged products are returned, the user must be responsible for additional shipping costs. Likewise, we reserve the right not to refund or return products that are damaged or have been used.

How can I return a product?
p>If you wish to make a return, the process is as follows:

  • You must send the item(s) you want to return to our offices.

  • Remember that the costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
  • When we receive the returned items, once the condition of the product has been reviewed, we proceed to credit the amount paid within 72 hours.
  • We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website and not in our partner retail stores. Twenty One will not be responsible for any products purchased from a partner retail store, all matters arising from that transaction must be resolved directly with the retail store.
Need a different size?

If the item you purchased does not fit you, you must return the size that is not correct and exchange it for the size that is yours. If you have questions about sizing you can consult our Size Guide at any time.


Once it is verified that your order is in perfect condition and has not suffered any damage, the corresponding amount will be refunded within a period of 3 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used in the initial transaction.

Can I cancel or modify my order once it has been placed?

Currently, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order, since we prepare your purchase as soon as it is confirmed. However, if you change your mind, you can return the garments once you have received them.

Shipping costs for returning an item

The customer will be responsible for the transportation costs derived from shipping the product for return.

If the order is returned to its origin because the transportation company could not deliver the package due to the negligence of the same, we will be responsible for the costs of the first reshipment.

In the event that the transport company had operated correctly, we will not be responsible for the reshipment and the purchase amount will be returned but not the of the shipping costs.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will send our transport service to pick it up at the same address as the package.
